Kerri Blumer/kerriknits designs respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how any personal information is provided, used, shared, or collected when you access this website, purchase patterns, or subscribe to the newsletter.
Newsletter/Marketing Emails
You will not receive marketing emails from Kerri Blumer/kerriknits designs unless you specifically sign up to receive them via the provided newsletter signup forms. This newsletter is hosted via Flodesk, and you can find their Terms here: https://help.flodesk.com/en/collections/1860807-security-and-compliance
If you have signed up for the newsletter email list, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our emails. See "Purchasing Patterns” for the email policy regarding any pattern purchases you make.
Preview Knitting Emails
Kerri Blumer/kerriknits designs occasionally posts preview knitting applications which are hosted via Google Forms. Data collected from Google Forms is exported and stored in Google Sheets. You can find Google’s privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
By filling out a preview knitting application, you are giving Kerri Blumer permission to email you regarding the specific preview knit you applied to. Preview knitters are never added to the Newsletter/Marketing email list by Kerri Blumer. If a preview knitter wishes to receive marketing emails, they must sign up for the newsletter themselves.
Purchasing Patterns
Patterns designed by Kerri Blumer/kerriknits designs are not available to purchase directly through Squarespace, and are instead offered on 2 different 3rd party marketplaces. Kerri Blumer receives a copy of each confirmation email after purchase; this email is retained as proof of delivery in case of customer service related inquiries. Ravelry and Payhip store your email address; Ravelry may also store a link to your Ravelry account. Kerri Blumer/kerriknits designs has access to and may use this data for customer service or pattern updates directly related to your purchase, but it is stored in the respective purchase platform.

PayPal collects and stores personal information such as name and email address. Kerri Blumer/kerriknits designs has access to this information, which may be used in the case of a customer service inquiry, but is never stored.
